How a booking runs
What Happens Between Yes and Showtime
Our crews have worked a golf club on the St. Croix and a convention hall in La Crosse. Every booking goes through these six steps.
-
Start With the Basics
When, how many, and where.
-
See the Numbers
An itemized quote you can pass along.
-
Plan the Room
Floor space, load-in, and insurance, settled with the venue.
-
Set Up Early
Tables ready and dealers in place before guests walk in.
-
Deal the Night
Dealers coach new players and keep games moving.
-
Clear Out
We take everything down once the last game ends.
How Wisconsin Likes to Play
Last year, 9 in 10 of our Wisconsin casino parties booked a blackjack table, and 3 in 4 booked craps, well above our national average. Roulette and poker follow close behind.

Dealers Who Keep the Table Laughing
A good dealer can turn a room of strangers into one loud craps table. Ours explain the rules without slowing the game, and they read a table well enough to know when to teach and when to just deal.
Hosts Rate the Planning as Highly as the Party
As the coordinator for the event, I was pleasantly surprised by how much they managed behind the scenes.
The setup was seamless, the dealers were friendly and engaging, and our guests had a blast all night.
Will 100% be hiring them again, thank you for a GREAT night!

Questions From Wisconsin Hosts
The short answers.
By the tables and dealers you need, how long the games run, and how far we travel. Your quote is free and lists each line.
A date, an estimated headcount, and the venue. We’ll recommend the games and table count; the dealers take care of teaching.
Plan more room for craps and roulette than for blackjack or poker. Send the room size and we will sketch out where the tables go.
Unlikely. A busy craps table draws a crowd of spectators, and dealers are happy to teach anyone who changes their mind.
Ask us. For small gatherings we can often quote one table, and we can talk about dealers if you have your own tables.
Early. Those are our two busiest Wisconsin months, and Friday and Saturday nights go first.
Yes. Beyond the Milwaukee area we run parties in Green Bay, Lake Geneva, Racine, Kenosha, Hudson, La Crosse, and Eau Claire. Travel appears as its own line on the quote.
Yes. Guests make a donation to attend; chips are play money with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes of any kind. Contact us to discuss your event and location requirements. See casino fundraisers.
