Twice in One Week at the Hyatt Regency

On July 16, 2024, we put 15 tables into the Hyatt Regency in downtown San Antonio, then came back two nights later and built the same room again.

Both nights ran nine blackjack tables plus pairs of craps, poker, and roulette tables, with 17 staff.

How is a Texas casino party priced?

We add up the tables, the dealers, the hours, and the drive to your venue. The quote costs nothing and shows each piece.

Never thrown one before. Where do we begin?

Send the date, how many people you expect, and where. We’ll plan the games, and our dealers coach guests as they play.

How much floor do the tables take?

Craps and roulette tables are the space hogs; blackjack and poker tuck into tighter corners. Share the room dimensions and we will map it out.

What if half the crowd only wants to watch?

That works. A loud craps table pulls in spectators, and a dealer will teach anyone who decides to jump in.

Can we book just one table, or only dealers?

Often. Tell us the group size, or which tables you have, and we’ll price it.

When do December dates fill up in Texas?

Fast. December is far and away our busiest month here, so call once you have a date.

Will you come to smaller Texas towns?

Yes. Outside Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas, our crews have dealt in Corpus Christi, Victoria, Refugio, Port Lavaca, College Station, and Beaumont. Mileage is its own line on the quote.

Will a casino night work for raising money?

Yes. We bring the tables, dealers, and play chips for your fundraiser. Chips are play money with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes of any kind. Your organization decides how guests give. See casino fundraisers.
