Planning steps
How an Ohio Booking Moves Along
Once you reach out, the work runs in this order.
-
Write to Us
A date, a headcount guess, and the venue get us started.
-
Review the Itemized Quote
A separate figure for every table, dealer, and hour.
-
We Handle the Venue
We check dock access and room size and send the insurance paperwork.
-
Set Before the Crowd
Tables and dealers in position before guests come in.
-
Deal and Teach
Beginners get coached from the very first hand.
-
Clear the Room
The crew breaks everything down once play ends.
Four Games, Mixed Your Way
Across our national bookings, 9 in 10 casino parties have a blackjack table, about 7 in 10 have roulette, and roughly two-thirds have craps. Poker turns up at about 6 in 10, and the winter party at Medina’s Blue Heron Event Center always keeps a Hold’em table in the mix.

Calm Dealers for First-Time Players
Nervous about craps? Our dealers walk each new player through the first few bets, then keep the table going at an easy pace.
What Reviewers Say About Our Arrival
This is my 3rd experience with US Casino Rentals and they truly are the best!
I’d hire these casino planners again.
The entire planning process was handled smoothly through email, and they were incredibly easy to work with from start to finish.
