Tables and Dealers for Casino Nights in the City and Upstate New York

Blackjack, roulette, craps, and poker tables, with a dealer at each one who can explain the game, for office parties, client nights, and private nights in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Albany, and Saratoga Springs.

Nearly half of our New York parties fall between May and August, so summer dates go early. Once we have the date and roughly how many are coming, an itemized quote follows within one business day.

Everything Between Your Email and the First Deal

Freight elevators, loading docks, and building security shape a lot of New York setups, so we sort those out long before the party.

  1. Send a Few Details

Date, guest count, and the address, floor included.

  2. Read the Figures

A quote with each table, dealer, and hour broken out.

  3. Building Logistics

Elevator booking, dock access, and the insurance certificate arranged.

  4. Ready Ahead of Guests

Tables up and dealers ready before your first guest steps in.

  5. Play Begins

The dealer talks newcomers through their opening hands.

  6. Out the Same Night

Our crew packs up and clears the room after the final hand.

Choosing Your Table Mix

Across the country, 9 in 10 of our casino parties include a blackjack table and about 7 in 10 add roulette. New York hosts book a lot of poker as well, anywhere from one table at a Tribeca restaurant to seven at The Papillon in Midtown, and a craps table gives the room something to cheer about.

At the felt

A Teacher at Every Table

When someone new sits down, the dealer sums up each bet in a sentence or two and keeps the cards moving. Nobody gets rushed, and nobody gets a lecture.

The New York Planning Rundown

The questions that come up first.

What does a casino night in New York cost?

Four things set it: how many tables, how many dealers, how long you play, and the venue’s location. Quotes cost nothing and break each one out.

Our office has never done this. What do you need from us?

A date, an approximate headcount, and the venue. We pick the games with you, and our dealers coach your guests once play starts.

Our space is tight. Will it work?

A craps or roulette table needs real floor space, while blackjack and poker tuck into corners. Send the room size or a floor plan, and we will map it.

Can you work around a freight elevator schedule?

Yes. Many Manhattan buildings assign elevator and dock times, and we plan delivery and pickup around them. Tell us the building rules when you book.

What about a single table, or dealers alone?

Both work. A good number of our New York bookings are a single table, often poker. If you own tables, ask about dealers alone.

How far ahead do summer dates fill?

Early. May through August is the busiest stretch on our New York calendar.

Do you go beyond the city?

Yes. We have run parties on Long Island in Atlantic Beach, Smithtown, and Water Mill, upstate in Albany, Troy, Saratoga Springs, Lake George, and Catskill, and in Geneva. Travel shows up as a separate charge.

Do guests play for real money?

No. Everyone plays with our chips and play money, which have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes of any kind.
