A Room of First-Timers, and a Teacher at Every Table

A Richton Park community group booked us for a Saturday night at The Shandelier Room, and most of the room had never played. So every table became a lesson. One dealer demystified blackjack and walked guests through strategic betting, another taught Texas Hold’em hand by hand, and two more ran the craps table together, coaching and encouraging the group until the dice made sense.

The hesitant players didn’t stay on the sidelines for long. By the end of the night the same guests who arrived unsure were writing to tell us they’d learned a lot and had a ball.

A Law School Formal, Back for a Second Year

A Chicago law school first brought us to its spring formal in 2025: seven tables at The Drake, covering blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps. The next spring they booked us again.

Plenty of the students had never played a hand of blackjack. Our dealer ran his table like a teacher, and afterward a guest wrote in about the first-time players he’d taught, one after another, all night.

Sixteen Tables for a Manufacturer’s Company Party

A Woodstock manufacturer took over a ballroom at the Holiday Inn in Crystal Lake and wanted the whole company playing at once. We set 16 tables, ten of them blackjack, plus craps, poker, and roulette, and brought 19 staff so no one waited for a seat.

A room that size can feel impersonal. This one didn’t. The next morning guests were telling us how much fun the night had been, and singling out a blackjack dealer who stayed patient and helpful through every hand.

What people ask us before they book.

How much does a casino party cost in Illinois?

It depends on how many tables and dealers you need, how long you play, and where the event is. Every quote is free and itemized, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for. Tell us your date and headcount and we’ll send one.

We’ve never done one. What do we need?

Just your date, headcount, and the room you have. We’ll recommend the number of tables and the game mix, and our dealers teach every guest how to play.

How much space do the tables need?

It depends on the games: a craps table takes more room than a blackjack table. Send us your room size and headcount, and we’ll recommend a layout that fits.

What if not everyone wants to play?

Dealers teach anyone who wants to try, and guests who’d rather watch are welcome at every table.

Can we rent just a table, or just dealers?

Tell us what you need. If you want a single table for a smaller party, or dealers for tables you already have, ask and we’ll let you know what we can do for your date.

How far ahead should we book a December holiday party?

Book as soon as you have a date. Holiday party season is the busiest time for casino nights, and December Fridays and Saturdays go first.

Is my address in your service area?

We cover Chicagoland from our Palatine headquarters, plus Rockford and northern Illinois. For Central Illinois and the Quad Cities, ask about your date; travel is itemized in your quote.

Do you run casino nights for fundraisers?
